Frequently asked questions

We aim to make all of our bespoke beds in 5-10 working days, they are then sent on a 48 hour courier service to your delivery address.

Where we can, we often surpass these lead times, however, each item is hand-made to order so they aren't available on next day delivery timescales.

We use a mixture of couriers depending on what can get your order to you fastest once it has been made. This is usually DX Express on a 48 hour service.

It's not possible to specify a courier for your delivery or to change provider.

You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

You will receive an order confirmation when your order has been placed.

Please consider our 5-10 working day lead time on manufacturing your bespoke order before chasing for an update.

Suede

A warm, damp cloth is the best and easiest way to clean the external cover of the bed.

It can be machine washed under the following instructions:

  • 30 degree wash only
  • Keep separate from other garments
  • Wash inside out
  • Dry flat only
  • Do not iron

Fabric

A warm, damp cloth is the best and easiest way to clean the external cover of the bed.

It can be machine washed under the following instructions:

  • 40 degree wash only
  • Line dry only
  • Do not iron

Printed beds

It can be machine washed under the following instructions:

  • 40 degree wash only
  • Line dry only
  • Do not iron

Please note: we will not replace beds where these instructions clearly have not been followed.

As all of our products are hand-made to order, we are not able to offer returns, refunds or exchanges on any products.
